I receive social security & - I recently got a letter in the mail from them saying I will be penalized because I am over my resources with an account from Pnc Bank I am not banking with Pnc Bank I will not be able to support my self because SS/- is going to stop paying me due to this I have not giving anyone permission to open up an account in my name I called customer service but was n't able to get help because I did n't have an account number to give them I recently change my name my previous was - -
