I received a phone call from - - on - -, 2015. They told me that for my website to be ultimatley profitable that I needed to add some major marketing to my new website. They led me to believe that I had no other choice and gave me what they said was a good deal for $8000.00 They would create a VIP Advertising Package for my online -. They have not done anything. When i call the number, it just continues to ring. - has not provided what is set fourth in the contract and therefore I should receive a full refund.
