I have a loan with Carfinancial Capital since -/-/-. the due date was requested to change on -/-/- after I get my new job outside the USA from - to the - of each month, the change was requested in order to avoid late fees. The finance manager at the time - - who I believe is not longer with the organization agreed and approved to the change but six month later I started receiving harassing calls and letters from the company because the account had accumulative late fees, Then I came to know that the new due date was never adjusted. I had tried several times to come into an agreement with the company about the due date since my payroll date is on the - of each month and by the time I wired the money to usa and I make the payment It ca n't be earlier than the - but their answer is always very rude and with no accomplishment, I am making my payment each month and on time but due to their negligence to fix the situation from -/-/- the account keeps increasing with late fees. I have several communication on the phone and the very last ones in writing to the manager of finance department with no reply from their part.
