I went to pay off my loan with BB & t, they told me they would not accept my payment. that I had to request a payoff and go through process. I had submitted for payoff. this was a branch manager that was going to hand me back my payoff checks and not payoff my loans. She ca n't refuse me this. A teller did take my money but for a manager to act this way was inappropriate
