I received notification on -/-/- that there was a posting by a collection agency to my credit reports I checked and found it was National Credit Systems Inc.of -, - that has posted derogatory information to my report and is in violation for they did not send me any notifications concerning this debt 30 day in advance as required by the rules and regulations and laws of the FTC, FCRA & Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I have requested directly to National Credit Systems on -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/- & -/-/- that they provide me proof that they sent a letter of notification informing me about this debt to - -, I also requested that they send me a validation of this debt with - Apartments which all they ever provided was a copy of my lease with - - Apartments, I also requested that they send me proof that they are licensed to practice debt collection in the State - pursuant to the - Statues - - - as required by the - -, I also requested that they send me proof that this account has not crossed the Statue of Limitations period - - which - is 4 years from the date of the last payment date, which they failed to provide any of the preceding requests of proof. I would also like to point out that I checked with the - and they do not have a corporation registered as National Credit Systems Inc.
