Penn Credit Corporation Debt Collection Complaint

Penn Credit Corporation Debt collection department,

I do not know Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls New York

They are calling the above number about -4 times a day. When I finally answered and requested the name of the creditor they would not let me know. They asked me to verify my address which I would n't due to issues regarding previous issues with my identity. The number they are call is not a number that I would use regarding any credit card or loan that I would take out it is a second line in my house that I use for my business. Also I have never received any notices in the mail regarding the debt they are trying to collect. If they have mailed notices they obviously went to the address that is using my name and therefore this is not my debt.
