I applied to an apartment building in the year -, on - - - in -, CO, that I did n't move into. My information was used by another to set up phone service in the building. I first was notified in - of this, and I resolved the issue with another collection agency. For some reason, they sold the debt to Stellar, the current agency. Stellar reported this collection in - - without ever notifying me that they had even purchased the " debt '', which I believe is illegal. This happened 16 years ago, and I am still being harassed. I have disputed this with all - bureaus and it has been removed from - and -. I want it removed from - as well. Thank you in advance for any assistance - I do appreciate it.
