Performant Financial Corp did an " Hard ' inquiry ( which decreased my fico credit score. Any Hard inquiries decreases your credit scores ) without telling and/or informing me that they were going to inquire about me on my credit report. I did not sign and/or give verbal authorization as well. When I called to ask for them to delete from my credit report, Performant Financial Corp will not. When asked to provide any documentation that I gave authorization to inquire, they will not provide it to me. Per FCRA I have a right to request for this inquiry to be removed from my credit report.
