Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Florida

There is a later charge on my credit history from - approx. 20 years ago. It was due to the Postal Service on - - in - - FL loosing - bags of mail. They lost my mortgage, car, utilities and credit card payments, yet - 's is the only one still showing on my Credit History. I pay my bills as soon as I receive them. This is not right, or fair.
