I have a personal loan with Wells Fargo. We got behind on payments when I was unable to work due to - due to -. They refused to set up a payment plan. Every time I called to try to make a $300.00 payment they said that was n't enough. And refused any payment at all, letting the account get even further behind. I tried to make a payment at the beginning of - and they said it was n't enough. I told them I would call on - - and make a $610.00 payment. Before I had a chance to do so, without any notification they took $910.00 out of my checking account. According to them that was completely legal and they do n't need to even tell us first. I have been a wells fargo member since 1990 and feel completely taken advantage of.
