Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Tennessee

my bank is in the habit of going back in time and retro actively changing the order in witch money moves in and out of my checking account, so that they can charge me an over draft fee i would like this false system of charging the customer to stop. And i want my $36.00 put back in my account today!
