Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't temporarily postpone payments Pennsylvania

I have not been receiving notices. I have sent in paperwork fromthe doctors because im - -. Im on -. When i was getting voice mails I was in contact with any agency that contacted me and each time without fail It was we have no record of getting a doctors note concerning you. After a bit of searching with a few respresentatives that took the time to look deep into wherever they looked one was found. my account was put in deferment. I kept getting calls and I kept calling and explaining. The next set of calls I have been receiving are for student loan forgiveness. then I call them back and I got we cant help you. I get the message I qualify but still cant get the help I need. Im confused and frustarted
