AES/PHEAA Student Loan Complaint

AES/PHEAA Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't get flexible payment options Ohio

I was in school for a long time. I received an - degree and wanted to further my education. I went on and received a - degree and then went on to receive my - which again had another - within the program. I owe - in debt - for federal loans and - private loans. I should have not finished college. One of my private loans I had to make payments while I was in school. During this time my husband lost his job. So I was in a program which then I had to take private loans to manage everything. My last semester I was considered part time and My loans all became due. I had to take a test to get my licensed to get a good job and it took me about 4 months by then I had - judgement and most of my loans were sold. So when I finally got out and was licensed I had no idea where all my loans were. I had - with AES and I asked them to give me one payment. They would not do this I had several payments everywhere I was so far behind just getting out I only paid a few of them. Now I had that judgement from educap which they sold my loan to a attorneys office. It has been 5 years almost and they just now garnished my wage. I also same time now have another - National Collegiate sold to attorney and they are garnishing my wage I do n't know what to do I am unable to consolidate due to my credit score. I am considering bankruptcy. However, I have spoke with - diff attorneys and received - different scenerios. Please help. - -,
