Ref : Case No : -. 1. This is to inform you that I have received a bill from Renton Collection Inc ( Copy Enclosed as an attachment : Exhibit A ) for an amount of $88.00 raised on behalf of - - -. Which includes a principal balance of $46.00 and an interest to date of $42.00. I have not utilized the services of this agency till date and I do not now why the collection agency is harassing me for it. 2. This is also to inform you that I have also received another Summary statement from - - - Case No. - dated - -, 2016 ( Copy of the statement received Exhibit B ). Indicating that they have submitted the case to Renton Collection Inc and I should contact them for further action. 3. I am afraid Renton Collection Inc has submitted an erroneous claim for $88.00 on behalf of - - - to whom I do not owe any money as I have not utilized their services. 4. I have also noticed that they have falsely reported this matter to Credit agency - with malicious intent and it now shows on my credit report as a bad debt. I have disputed it ( - case -. - ) verdict pending.
