Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas
Early morning -/-/2016 I came outside to go to work and my car was gone. I currently have a loan with Bridgecrest financial formerly -. I had to wait until - cst to contact their offices in Arizona I spoke to the redemptions department a gentleman named - who informed me that my car was repossessed I was in shock when I have been making payments and arrangements every two weeks with an account manager and had a current documented arrangement for -/-/2016 He then advised me they will have to look into the issue and call me back. About an hour later I received a callback from - who advised that what I said was true the call with the previous agent I made arrangements with was pulled. So the company admitted to wrongfully repossessing my car sighting it as an " system error ''. I was then advised they would pay all fees but I would have to go get my car I advised that is unacceptable and it should be brought back to me since I had no means of transportation. I was then told it could take up to -10 business days to bring back my car that they wrongfully repossessed. I was upset and at the mercy of the lien holder I missed a whole day of work and had to pay - dollars to take a cab an hour away to retrieve my car they wrongfully repossessed. I want to be compensated for the time I missed and money I lost because of their error.
