Big Picture Loans has been very dishonest in the way they handled my loan. When I agreed to borrow $820.00 I was not shown the truth in lending disclosure showing my APR. once I signed the agreement, I found out that the interest rate is 910 %!?!?! If I have to pay these finance charges, I will end up paying $7100.00 over the next year and a half on an $820.00 loan. Seems simply outrageous to me. I am appalled at these finance charges and feel that they are unethical in truth in lending. They also say they have a demand feature on my bank account and so it will deduct my account even if I file a stop payment with my bank. This was also not something I was aware if before signing the agreement!
