Vehicle loan Taking out the loan or lease California
My auto loan payment is due on - - - I rec 'd 2 text messages saying they were reminders with a disclosure at the end, that ended with this is a collection attempt. I responded heatedly that I did n't appreciate being treated like a credit delinquent in a reminder text. I made the payment on the - -. The payment shows in my bank history. I received another text that my payment did not go through. I checked my account again, the payment still shows in my account. So I texted them back, that according to my bank statement that payment has been made. I just received a phonecall that my payment was not sufficient. I go to my online account and they have charged me nsf fees of $30.00 and $15.00 dollars going in and out of my account. So they want an additional $30.00. My first payment, they tried to charge me - per day interest because the date I said would be my first payment was different from them. The payment before this one, they said I put a stop payment on it ... .of course I did n't. When I called they said because of the card I was using the payment did n't go through, and that I had to use the - - option. The woman walked me through the payment on the phone, but what I noticed is that their website is inadequate and I think is intentionally programmed to not work or they just make up stuff as they go along. It has been about 1 month and what was supposed to be a easy solution, has turned into a complete nightmare. I want to shop for another car and get out of this situation.
