i received a response previously from this company advising that payment was made and this account is being updated but I have never made a payment and i sent the documents previously where this debt is apart of identity theft but this company refuses to delete this erroneous information from my credit file i have police report and affidavit reflecting that my identity was stolen this company refuses to recognize the uploads of the affidavit and police report from the cfpb
