A collection from my former place of residence has been placed with ProCollect. I have a Police Report as well as copies of stolen payment that were provided to ProCollect via regular mail and email to the representative that has continued to call my cell phone and try and contact me wanting payment for a debt that is invalid and they refuse to provide documentation for. A copy of a police report, as well as copies of the stolen - - payments, were mailed to this company. After being told by a - - that this documentation was not received and I should email it, I did that as well. Given that I am still receiving bills for $830.00 in the mail and phone calls, this company clearly has not taken any action other than ignoring the documentation that was provided. I do n't appreciate the phone calls. I do n't appreciate the complete lack of documentation that this company has been able to provide regarding validating the debt. I especially do n't appreciate the fact that I have sent personal documents on two separate occasions and this company has yet to acknowledge that they even received them.
