I do not know Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine New York

On -/-/16, a company called - from - - - - -, SD - did a hard pull of my credit report. I must say, I applied for a credit card at Citibank and the hard pull from Citibank it shows on my - report ; as a result I have to hard inquiries on -/-/16 : - from - and another from Citibank. I do n't own any products from Citibank. I do n't know who - is? Or why are they doing a hard pull on my report when I did n't authorized it.
