I only owe on - student loans. Wachovia whicj turned into wells fargo claims i owed them. For years i have disputed only on their account, asking for paperwork. Something about the loan to see if i owe. They never responded. I opened a bank account with wells fargo, no one at the bank said i owed anything with student loans. When you open account with wells fargo they claim to run your social security number to see if you have any other financial relationships with them. They didnt inform me. If they did. I wouldnt of felt comfortable opening an account with them. I had an account with wells fargo for 6-7 years. Not at anytime have they sent me a letter on the student loan. No one ever called me to collect debt. And wells fargo had my current information. I had an active account with them. Years later i fell on hard times, i -, my children and i were in a shelter. I had just finally received my income tax. Wells fargo withdrew $6000.00. From my checking wih out any notice. I called wells fargo and complained. Again asked for proof, they stated they dont have


-. I continued to ask for proof, paperwork, i dropped out of college. Maybe the school took out a loan on my behalf and kept the money. I dont know. I know i dont owe wells fargo. Only on my federal student loans which has always been in good standing. Till this day i have never got my money back. No proof, no information on the debt that i requested so many times. Even the credit bureaus erased the information because Wachovia never sent me information on the debt they claimed i owed. Plain and simple. Wells fargo/wachovia never contacted me, never provided information about the debt. And out of no where just withdrew my money at the worst time. The account manger in the student loan department got nasty with me. Rude. I asked to speak to his supervisor. She said she wasnt giving the money back. And that i need to contact the school. I did contact the school and no one got back to me. If i got a live person they would transfer me to a machine. And no one has returned my call. I still till this day have never received any information and they just stole my money from my account. I believe this was a fraudulent loan. No one provided any proof or information
