I need to ask for your help. I had been initially approved for a streamlined refinance through Citimortgage They are now refusing to refinance me because they say my payment was late, after -+ years of on time payments I got paid on Friday -/-/-, but it was - the seventh night. I could n't pay them until the holiday was over, on -/-/-, at night. I did, nut they said they got it -/-/16. I welcome any advice or assistance.
