Citibank Debt collection department,
I do not know Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Virginia
3rd party collection agency FCBS calling multiple times and hanging up, then refusing to tell me why they are calling. Finally they disclose an attempt to collect a debt which was paid in - 2015. I have advised them to cease and desist.
