PNC Bank said on -, - that I was eligible for an extension since I was never late making payments on the loan. I would not be able to work for 2 months beginning -, - due to major - procedure. Without my knowledge I had received a letter dated - - that I was not approved because of a resolution not put in by the agent. I was told by - in - 2016 that I can email directly to expedite my re-request which they 're now denying ever happened for which I can prove. They 're charging me $1000.00, saying I 'm behind when I only skipped - payment in hospital unaware of " non-approval ''. They reported me to the Credit Bureau and my score is now ruined. I spoke with - manager -. He said he tried but top people will not honor the agreement and are rushing me to sign another extension agreement in less than a week to rectify some charges but say that they are not willing to help me to get my negative credit report dissolved. He admits that it 's poor communication on their part with me, the consumer having to make all the effort while at the same time trying to recover from major - and medicine.
