I have been making payments each month through the companies " - '' However each month I am getting a notice saying my payment is late. I pay before my bill date and always get a receipt. On top of that this company is not applying the extra I am paying toward the principal, but instead putting it all toward interest. At the beginning they were, now they are not. The paper bill and the online system never have the same figures on it. I am tired of this. It took me may months just to get a paper bill from them, now that I have it, my payments are not being applied correctly nor is the principal shrinking.
