On the date - - -, I - - exercised my right of rescission on a refinance mortgage credit transaction by mail and fax pursuant to the Truth in Lending Act 15 USC 1635 ( a ) and C.F.R. section 226.23 ( a ) ( 2 ) within 72 hours of the date of consummation with Lakeview Loan Servicing - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -. I exercised my right of rescission As a result of - - failure to provide me the following mandatory T.I.L.A required disclosures below and such rights in accordance with the regulations of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau : 1. the creditor must deliver the notice of right to rescind to each consumer in the transaction 12 C.F.R. section 226.23 ( b ) ( 1 ) ( i ) - ( v ).

It appears Lakeview Loan Servicing and - - - and its officers - and - - - - are intentionally refusing to comply with the regulations of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, T.I.L.A. Regulation Z, and the U.S. Supreme Court Order and Decree on - - - ( - - -, v. - - -, - No. -.whereby borrower need only provide written notice to a lender in order to exercise right of rescind. Furthermore, ( 1 ). " - - -/Lakeview Loan Servicing claims for incomplete credit application ''.
