Title loan Lender repossessed or sold the vehicle South Carolina

I have a loan with North American Title Loans in - SC. At the beginning when I applied for the loan all of my proof of income was an initial determination of - benefits, I had yet to receive the amount of - weekly. North American stated I didnt have enough income to get the - loan i applied for so I would need to add my spouse for her income as well. My spouse was not added as a co-signer only listed her income which i didnt have proof of. The company gave me the loan off of this information knowing I did not have the financial ability to pay this back. On - after I tried to make several unsuccessful arrangements to keep the vehicle they repossessed it causing a strain on my ability to attend my newly found job. The lack of respect for dent to income ration, the deceptive income listed as well as the payoff balances changing daily needs to be investigated. This branch of this company charges - % and has no respect for the customers ability to repay by income. The right to cure process is also questionable as I requested one to which they said they sent but they sent it to the wrong address as the manager listed a complptely different address than i supplied for proof, they stated they sent another but i never received it as well. I feel this company should return my vehicle as the contract is unenforceable as well as stop interest on the account.
