My client is trying to do a short sale with - bank. - bank is stating that there is a second lien that is not paid off with - - - Bayview - She filed for Bankruptcy and this account was included in the bankruptcy. She was making monthly payments to the trustee and once the process was done her attorney told her that the account has a zero balance and that she should be receiving the deed to her house. Her attorney has no idea why there is a - balance and why Bayview keeps sending paperwork for her to go to court when she does not owe anything.
