On - 2016 my employer - - - gave me a hand written payroll check. I got in my car and signed the back of the check and wrote under the signature for deposit only! I then used my Mobile banking with -. - and deposited it into my savings account. I received a email that the deposit was approved. The next day all of the funds of - were available and were not pending!! On - 2016 i was viewing my account and noticed an AE Adjustment was made on - 2016 for the same amount for the check witch was the check deposited on on - -. The withdrew the funds back out!! I called the bank right away ans was told that the check had been deposited twice. I told the banker that it was not possible when i got the check i deposited it through my mobile banking right away! I asked her where it had been deposited she let me know it was Wells Fargo but the location was unknown. She told me the adjustment department as closed and i would have to talk to them on Monday - - - and they will fix


dropped the check out of my car while i was doing errands or something i went to a car wash right after i left to get my check. H e asked to see the mobile deposit picture on my phone through us bank He then brought up the check his computer. He said he can not tell how the check was deposited but it was not altered at all and not signed over to anyone. He called customer service on the phone and they said i would need to go to my employer and have him file fraud with his bank which is -. I then tried filing and police report that was un successful the wanted to know where i lost the check and did not know.i went to key bank that is located right next door and contacted my employer the banker gave e the fraud department number to call. I passed this info onto my employer - -. He contact his bank and explained the story and they told him becuase i signed the check it is against thier policies and open a fraud case. I Then went back to wells fargo the next day -, -, 2016 and spoke with - - He understood why i was upset and was confused n how a check was cashed without me not having an accout with them and them not having i.d and how it was cleared through the bank.He then called Wells fargo Resolution team and they Said the will handle it and figure out whats going on i also showed him the letter from my bank about the adjustment and the check .He gave me his card with a reference number ( - ). he contacted me - 2016 evening and said they were still working on it. - - He called and said they are not going to do and thing about it because my employer need to file a fraud claim. My employer then called his bank - - again and authorized me to talk to them they refused to open a forged signature claim because i had signed the back ( to deposit it in my Mobile Banking ). No one with help and me!! I deposited my check - - 2016 and someone deposited it after me but the funds were released to the other bank does not make sense and i do not bank at either bank!!!!
