Pressler & Pressler, LLP Credit card department,
The original credit card was with - and went into collections in - with - -. In -, - - using Pressler and Pressler filed the judgement # - in - - NJ against me on -/-/-. This is outside the state statue of limitations that a judgement can be filed against me in the state of NJ which is 6 years. I have asked for the original paper work that was used to filed the judgement and Pressler and Pressler is refusing to provide this information. Please help me have this removed ASAP as this is keeping me from closing on my new home on -/-/-.
