Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened to sue on too old debt Virginia

I received a call from ( - ) - stating that I owed them $1400.00 from a - account that I stopped paying on in 2012. I advised them that I was not aware of this credit card account and they advised that if I did n't pay that they would come to my job and serve the complaint. I advised them that I was on Social Security and the rep advised that they would take my Social Security check. I attempted to find out the company as I had received a voice mail as well stating to call ( - ) - which goes to Coastline Financial - -. There were multiple calls back to back with a few minute time frame.
