EQUIFA- - HAS FAILED TO REMOVE INFORMATION OF - - - ACCOUNT NUMBER - AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS BY - - - TO HAVE THE INFORMATION REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT FILE STARTING ON - - - - - - SENT INFORMATION OVER TO EQUIFA- E-ECUTIVE DISPUTE TEAM ASKING THEM TO REMOVE ALL DEROGORTORY INFORMATION FROM MY FILE UNDER THIS ACCOUNT NUMBER, ON - - OF - - - - SENT ANOTHER NOTICE TO EQUIFA- - TO REMOVE THE INFORMATION AGAIN. PER MY CONVERSATION THAT TOOK PLACE WITH - BACK IN - OF - SHE STATED THAT INFORMATION WILL STAY BECAUSE THE INFORMATION IS INDEED MINE AFTER I TOLD HER I DIDNT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THE ACCOUNT NUMBER LISTED. A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT FOR THE BANK NOT AUTHORIZE TO MAKE A DECISION ON THE ACCOUNT - BANKS TOOK THE WORD OF THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AND REFUSED TO DO AN INVESTIGATION ON THE E-ISTANCE OF THE ACCOUNT ON - OF - - POLICE DEPARTMENT DID ANOTHER INVESTIGATION CITING THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS INDEED FRAUDULENT AFTER SPEAKING WITH UPPER MANAGEMENT OF - - -. ON - - TOLD - - - TO CEASE FROM REPORTING THE FRAUDULENT INFORMATION. ON - - -
ADVISE ME THAT THEY HAD ALREADY TOLD EQUIFA- BY ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION TO REMOVE THE INFORMATION FROM MY CREDIT FILE BACK ON - -. - - - ALSO ADVISED ME ON - - - AFTER DOING ANOTHER INVESTIGATION STATED THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS NOT REPORTING TO MY EQUIFA- CREDIT FILE. AS THEY PULLED MY CREDIT REPORT TO DO THE INVESTIGATION - -. ON - - - I RECEIVED INVESTIGATION RESULTS FROM EQUIFA- STATING THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS CERTAINLY REPORTING TO MY CREDIT FILE. AFTER ANOTHER CONVERSATION WITH - - - SHE STATED THAT THE INFORMATION WILL REMAIN ON MY FILE EVEN AFTER THE CREDITOR ASK HER AND EQUIFA- TO REMOVE THE INFORMATION IN QUESTION. ON - - - - - - SENT ME ANOTHER LETTER STATING THAT THEY HAD CHECKED MY CREDIT REPORT AND THE INFORMATION WAS NOT REPORTING. AND THAT THE INFORMATION SHOULD NOT BE REPORTING. THEY HAVE ASKED EQUIFA- ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS NOT TO REPORT THE ITEM. THIS CLEARLY SHOWS THAT INFORMATION IS BEING RE INSERTED BACK TO MY CREDIT FILE WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION BEING SENT WHICH IS A VIOLATION OF THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT SECTION - -
