My loan was recently sold back to - - -. Bay view loan servicing decided to add - cents onto my loan under - advance without notification or any explanation. They just sneakily applied it to my loan. - - - than decides to add that to my loan payment and says I owe that much. First off let me say I am disputing all of those charges. I phoned bayview and they advised me all it says is its for litigation ... ..I have no litigation and it was added conveniently to my loan in - - ' to the time it was transferred in - -. I had no notice of it I was just paying my monthly mortgage.
