I send a check like normally to pay my rent and the check was cashed in by someone else instead of the landlord. I had called my landlord and explain what happen and they do n't consider the problem and are charging us - legal fees and late fees. I 've talked to the bank serval times already and they keep telling me the same thing over and over again that the investigation is still undergoing. This process has been over a few months now and nothing has happen about that check or a refund from the bank to pay the landlord for rent.
