I submitted dispute claims which included several items of dispute, via certified mail to both Equifax and -, on - -, -. Equifax received the dispute claim on - -, - per the - - - certified mail receipt and - received the disputes on - -, -. Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act of -, disputes should be answered within 30 days. As of this date, I have not received documentation indicating an investigation of any kind from neither Equifax nor -. I actually spoke with - the Resolution Supervisor, ID -. - at Equifax. He claimed that there was nothing that he could do, but was willing to provide record of an investigation, which would have been after the 30 days. I did not speak to -, but the same ruling applies, per the Fair Credit Reporting Act. As a result of non-compliance by - credit bureaus, I am requesting that you enforce my disputed items to be removed by the bureaus immediately.
