Loan servicer is Bayview. I 've been in my home for 12 yeasts, & Bayview has been the servicer for several of those years. I have had a modification done, but my loan balance is just as much as it was when I purchased the loan. When they received the loan, the balance was almost $10000.00 less than it is today. The interest rate is still 3.00 %.
