Medical Improper contact or sharing of info Contacted employer after asked not to California

Collection agency called me at work and my cell phone in an attempt to collect a debt. When I asked them not to contact me at work as it is prohibited, they told me they would continue to do so. They have my cell phone number and can contact me via that method. The representative said then threatened to put this on my credit, to which I stated it already was by another collection agency. They wanted me to set up payment arrangements for this debt, I said I could not do anything at this time. They said they would mark it down as a refusal and hung up on me giving me no options to make any arrangements in the future.
