my vehicle loan opened in - -. I have had insurance since I purchased the unit. Fifth third bank took it upon themselves to add insurance to my account anyway. Causing my monthly payment to almost double. They never contacted me prior to doing that. I contacted them -/-/-, when i went online to make a payment and saw the amount due. The rep was able to contact - and verify insurance and was supposed to refund the insurance. Today is -/-/-, and my account still is not correct. I should be current and next payment due -/-/-. I have attempted to contact them to resolve, but keep getting transferred around.
