I have applied for a Paypal account many times over the last year. According to paypal Credit my information is confused with another individuals credit and thus they think I have an account. Their security department has not been able to resolve. I sent a letter to - - SVP, - asking his office to escalate and they replied they could n't extend credit at this time. I have received this response probably 10 times in the last year but no one ever tells me why. According to the security department its because the credit application never flows through the system. I have two concerns : 1. I am very concerned that some one elses credit is confused with mine in their system. 2. Their lack of urgency to resolve this issue is very concerning as an individual. The fact that they seem to not care that their system could be providing another individual my credit information is not responsible for a credit issuer. PLease help me to resolve this issue.
