This deals with case # -, in it i stated that Wells Fargo bank had called me to collect a debt I did not owe. This was in -, they called even though I had told them -10 months before that I did not owe them anything. they investigated and found that I was right. they promised to pay me the $1500.00 fee for this infraction of the do not call registry on which I am enrolled.. This was told to me by - -, thier research and remediation manager, I was sent an agreement letter and a tax info sheet to sign and fax back. This I did on - - at -. i have confirmation from Wells fargo it was received. I was told I would receive a check within 10 DAYS, NOT business days, 10 days period, that was yesterday the -. I have not received the check and - - will not return my calls, this means they are in breach of the agreement and are throwing the rules in yuor face and mine, as they have violated the law and believe that they are above it I think they owe me another $1500.00 and owe you an apology.
