CitiBank violated Regulation E ( Reg E ) of the Federal Reserve when they refused to reimburse my personal checking account for the - unauthorized transactions with my ATM debit card. I have notified the bank on - -, 2016, for the transactions that occurred on -/-/2016, -/-/2016 and -/-/2016. The bank failed to conduct an adequate and proper investigation and failed to reimburse my account the loss of $2800.00. I have done everything on my end to notify the bank of the loss in the timely manner, and yet they did not follow Reg E and did not provide any legitimate reason for their actions.
