BULLIED HARRASSED AND INTIMIDATED INTO SIGNING MODIFICATION During the past year, I suffered illness, a -, and - due to -, therefore, I was unable to respond to - - - and Bayview Loan Servicing. Therefore, I am filing this new complaint with exhibits. Due to my -, I will be filing new complaints, individually, with exhibits for - - - Attorneys, - - - Letters dated - -, - and - -, -. After numerous Qualified Written Request, regarding the - -, -, Loan Modification by - - -. On - -, - - - had been notified that my husband was terminally ill and in the hospital. I had filed for several Hamp Modifications and - - - always denied them.


did n't sign the Modification that they would have to foreclose on my home. Due to my husband being in the hospital and my children and home, I was forced to sign and have my husband sign the modification under - - - 's bullying, harassing and intimidating tactics. On - -, -, - - - sent a intimidating fax. The Fax included the fax " Important Message about your Loan '', and the - -, -, Loan Modification, dated - -, -. The fax also stated " This offer is contingent upon - - receiving an Automatic Stay for any bankruptcy in which the property is referred. '' The Fax stated the following : " Failure to sign this Loan Modification dated - -, -, will result in foreclosure. '' - - - - - -, Exhibit D ) The Loan Modification stated the following : " Failure to sign this Loan Modification dated - -, -, will result in foreclosure. '' ( See - - - -, Exhibit - ) From - -, - to - -, -, - - - added additional fees under miscellaneous posting, property inspections, due date adjustments. ( see - - - Transaction History, Exhibit -- ) At a Hamp Modification Event in -, I gave a copy of the exhibits in this complaint to - - of the U.S. Department of Treasury. I also gave - -, a full Hamp Modification package in which she verified with - - - - that it was complete. One of the questions I asked - - was - - going to help the - people or was he blowing smoke. - - and I talked, she gave me her card and told me to contact her and later sent me a letter.
