I Took a loan $1200.00 from Moneymax title loans and after my car got some problems that need to be fixed called them to let them know that the car need to be fixed so want to see if we can have settlement. they refused and told me that they will settled for $1300.00. That is not a settlement in anyway since the amount we are talking about is $1200.00. So when I realized that they have no intention of settling I told them okay you can take the car let me know when you want to and they refused to let me know. They just show and took the cars with my valueable in its. Now they are telling me to walk over - miles distance to retrieve my valuable. I told them I do not have a car because you took the car in the first place. you should have told me what time you were coming so I could have take everything out of my car.
