During the process of trying to set up a repayment plan with my collector, - - at Performant Recovery Inc, I had to end the phone call on - -, 2016. I informed him that I would call back when I had the time to talk and go through the rather lengthy process of providing all of my financial information needed for the plan. Not long after ( - -, 2016 ), - calls my employer looking for me ( I never provided this information nor gave permission to do so ). Furthermore, I never received any phone calls from - since our last conversation on - -. I have shown no signs of evading this loan and have shown willingness to set up a payment plan.

When I told him that I would be willing to proceed if he can furnish proof that he has called me ( so that I could confirm with my phone carrier ), he fell silent and " did some research '' to say that he was wrong and he never contacted me. Now I am put at risk of losing my job or being perceived in a negative way at work due to this incident.
