I 've been getting debt collection phone calls for a person named " - - '' for at least 6 months now. That is not me and I have no debt/credit issues. They keep changing their number and I keep blocking them. Today they gave me some info. They said they are from " Pioneer - Recovery '' and their number is -. They said to use the " Reference ID # -. ''
