PNC Bank N.A. Credit card department,

Delinquent account Missouri

PNC Bank and - bank ( - of which I have credit cards for ) are saying that I am responsible for - dollars total value of charges and I know for sure I did not make them. No matter how hard I try to dispute and file for fraud, they are not doing anything. I need your help to get rid of these charges so that I am not responsible.
