SunTrust Mortgage placed hazard insurance on a residential investment property that I owned. I complied with the instructions for the class action law suit, - v. SunTrust Mortgage Inc. et al., Case No. - ( -. Florida ) but my claim was rejected because it allegedly remained incomplete, even though the documents were submitted in full compliance with the instructions. They ultimately foreclosed on my property, claiming that the loan modification documents provided for the request were incomplete, again, even though they were in full compliance with their instructions.
