Repeated calls between times specified that no calls are to be made. " No Call Time '' : M-F - -- as it was explained to Convergent collections. I have received repeated calls since notification. All calls are recorded on Convergent side. I will be mailing written notification today to them. This act is seen as harassment under the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT.
