There has been submittet - - - - payments on my mortgage in 2016 but the mortgage service company ( Bayview Loan Servicing ) claims only - payments have been received. I have submitted copies of bank statements to Bayview, but I am unable to get the company to acknowledge that there has been made a mistake on their behalf. I have submitted several complaints to the company, but they have not provided any feedback. I have talked to more than - customer service representatives but they are unwilling or too incompetent to help. Despite the fact that I have submitted documentation of payments the mortgage company claims a payment is missing and there is nothing more they can do to trace this.
