I was a victim of identity theft related to my employer, -, experiencing a cyber attack in - 2015 and my personnel information was stolen. As a result, in - 2015 persons unknown used my credit information to obtain a Bloomingdales credit card and subsequently charged $9000.00. Despite my sending Bloomingdales a police report, a copy of my complaint filed with the Federal Trade Commission, and a letter from the Office of Personnel Management of the Federal Government acknowledging my personnel file was - that was hacked, and enrollment - who is currently attempting to resolve this matter, they have sent me bills, collection letters and recently a brand new credit card stating " per your request. '' This has been going on since - 2015 and is extremely stressful to me. In addition, they have reported to the credit bureaus I am 90 days delinquent and my credit rating gone down.
